MSI GE620DX 15.6-inch Gaming Notebook
Taiwanese manufacturer MSI is preparing the release of yet another Sandy Bridge-powered laptop, the gamer-oriented GE620DX which features a 15.6-inch (1366 x 768) LED-backlit display, an always nice brush metal finish and a not-your-average sound system.
The 2.4kg GE620DX comes equipped with the 2.0 GHz Core i7-2630QM quad-core CPU, up to 8GB of RAM, up to a 750GB hard drive (5400/7200 RPM), a GeForce GT 555M 2GB graphics card and a DVD writer or Blu-ray drive.
MSI's laptop also packs four THX TruStudio Pro-enhanced speakers, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a multi-format card reader, a HD webcam, two USB 3.0 ports, D-Sub and HDMI outputs, a 6-cell (4400 mAh) battery, and makes use of the GPU Boost (graphics switching), Cinema Pro (image adjustment), Turbo Battery+ (power draw management) technologies.
The GE620DX runs Windows 7 Home Premium and has yet to receive a price tag and release date.
