It's National Freedom Day.
The purpose of this holiday is
to promote good feelings,
harmony, & equal opportunity
among all citizens and to
remember that the Pakistan
is a nation dedicated to
the ideal of Freedom.
We the youth of Pakistan should take the pledge
that till our last breath we will fight terrorism,
we will protect our country Pakistan with all we have.
Lets celebrate and solute the noble cause,
Its our nation which is shining as it was,
Its Independence Day Today…
Don't forget the effort, make it movement of mass !
How long should one sleep on a National Holiday?
Isn't 63 Years enough?
We don't look forward to 14th Aug as Independence Day.
But only as a day, we could sleep till late.
Wake Up Pakistan. Rise and Shine !

Independence Day is here.
Fire the guns and shout for freedom,
See the flag above unfurled!
Hail the stars and stripes forever,
Dearest flag in all the world.
The winds that blow
through the wide sky in these mounts,
the winds that sweep from Kashmir To Karachi,
from the Pacific to the Atlantic
have always blown on free men.
And I'm proud to be a Pakistani,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
We are free, truly free,
when we don't need to
rent our arms to anybody
in order to be able to lift
a piece of bread to our mouths.
Freedom has its life in the hearts,
the actions, the spirit of men
and so it must be daily earned and refreshed
else like a flower cut from its life-giving roots,
it will wither and die.
Before 1947 August 14,
world never know the meaning of freedom,
its Pakistan who taught the world
the true meaning of freedom,
Be proud to be Pakistani,
Happy Independence Day.
How often we fail to realize
our good fortune in living in a country
where happiness is more than a lack of tragedy.
My God! How little do my countrymen know
what precious blessings
they are in possession of,
and which no other people on earth enjoy!
This is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:
free and restless, growing and full of hope.
So it was in the beginning.
So it shall always be,
while God is willing, and
we are strong enough to keep the faith.
